Our team will consult with our expert designers to evaluate if we can craft your requested design. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with a confirmation or suggestions.
3: Confirm Design & Pricing
Once the design is approved, we provide you with the personalized quote, including production cost, shipping fees, taxes, and service charges. After you confirm, you’ll be asked to pay a 30%–50% deposit through our official EmeraldOnly website. Once the deposit is received, we’ll immediately start crafting your piece.
4: Crafting Your Custom Jewelry
Production usually takes around 7 days, depending on the complexity of your design. Once completed, we’ll update you via email, video call, phone, or social media. After final confirmation, you’ll be asked to pay the remaining balance.
5: Final Payment & Shipping Preparation
We will confirm when your final payment arrives in our account. Once we’ve received the full amount, we will prepare your shipment and arrange delivery within 24 hours.
6: Shipping Notification
After the package has been shipped, we will notify you through email, video, phone, or social media with tracking details and estimated delivery time.
7: Await Your Delivery
